At Alba LAZARÍ, we approach our collections as Limited Editions, with strategic launches in summer and winter, complemented by new designs throughout the year.

As a sustainable designer brand, we value the process. We dedicate the necessary time and care to the creative development and artisanal production of each piece, allowing us to offer our clients truly exclusive products of the highest quality.

If an item is sold out and you want to know when it will be restocked, please contact us by email at sales@albalazari.com.

As each piece is handcrafted, restocking times may vary between 2, 4, and 8 weeks, depending on the item. Every product follows a unique production process, starting with printing our design onto the fabric and ending with the garment construction or hand-finishing (in the case of scarves). All our products are created with dedication by skilled artisans in small workshops, ensuring the brand’s quality and craftsmanship.

 You may notice slight color variations between the product you receive and what you see on our website. This is due to your device’s screen type, settings, and calibration, which can subtly alter tones. Additionally, the natural characteristics of the materials we use in some products can also influence the final appearance.

At Alba LAZARÍ, we ensure that the photos are as true to the product as possible. Any minor variations will not affect the quality in any way; we are confident that the item you receive will exceed your expectations.

At Alba LAZARÍ, we do not participate in traditional sales nor offer regular discounts.

To confirm that your order has been processed successfully, please check the confirmation email we sent to the email address used at checkout. It contains all the details and serves as proof that your order is in order.

We are very sorry that there has been an error with your order. If it relates to shipping address, size, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@albalazari.com.

It is essential to provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that if the order has already been processed and shipped, modifications may not be possible

At Alba LAZARÍ, we are committed to ensuring that each piece reaches you quickly and securely.

We work with several courier partners offering Standard and Express Shipping services. Depending on the destination and available options, we will always select the most convenient service for you, ensuring your order arrives as soon as possible.

For your peace of mind, every shipment includes a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order at every stage until it reaches its final destination.

 Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with your reference number.

When your order is prepared and ready to ship, we will send a second email containing your personal tracking number. With this, you can follow your package at every stage of its journey. Simply click the provided link or enter the number on our courier partner’s website. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

PAYMENTS

For your convenience and security, Alba LAZARÍ offers several payment options, all securely processed through our Shopify platform.

  • Credit or Debit Cards: We accept major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay.
  • Fast Payments: To streamline your checkout, you can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, allowing you to complete your order with just one click.
  • PayPal: If you prefer one of the most recognized and secure payment gateways worldwide, you can also pay with PayPal, including the option Pay in 3 installments.

 PayPal offers a service in Spain called “Pay in 3 installments”, which works as follows:

  • You can split purchases between €30 and €2,000 into three interest-free payments (0% APR).
  • The first payment is charged at the moment of purchase.
  • The remaining two payments are automatically charged each month.
  • There are no fees for setup or late payments.

To use this option, simply select PayPal as your payment method at checkout. If available for your purchase, you will then be able to choose “Pay in 3 installments”. Approval is usually almost instant.

DELIVERY

Once payment has been confirmed, Alba LAZARÍ processes orders Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00 (CET). Orders received outside this schedule will be prepared the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
All orders are shipped from Spain.

Delivery times depend on your region or country of destination:

  • Domestic Shipments (Spain): 1–2 business days for deliveries on the mainland. For shipments to the Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please consult the “Shipping & Returns” section in Help.
  • European Union (EU) Shipments: 2–10 business days depending on the country and locality. See “Shipping & Returns” in Help for more information.
  • United Kingdom Shipments: 6–7 business days depending on the locality.

You can track your order at all times using the tracking number provided by email.

Alba LAZARÍ offers several delivery options so your order arrives where it’s most convenient for you. You can choose delivery to any address within the countries we ship to, covering national and European deliveries. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 For complete transparency, the exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. Additionally, a full summary of our shipping rates is available in the “Shipping & Returns” section under Help. Here you can check the specific costs based on your location and estimated transit times from our warehouse to your address.

 At Alba LAZARÍ, we do not offer free shipping depending on the order amount. We believe in full transparency: the price of your design reflects only its artistic value and handcrafted production. Shipping fees are charged independently to ensure your piece travels safely, with tracking and care. Shipping costs are clearly displayed in your cart and vary according to destination. We appreciate your support of authentic and exclusive design.

For customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the United Kingdom, deliveries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are set by the destination country and are usually calculated based on the total order value. Payment of these fees and associated taxes is the responsibility of the customer. Alba LAZARÍ is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs procedures or payment processes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Alba LAZARÍ does not accept returns or exchanges for silk scarves and accessories, wool shawls and scarves, or twilly and other small silk or wool items.

For returns of other items purchased online, follow these steps:

  1. Request your return: Email sales@albalazari.com within 15 business days of receiving the product, stating the reason.
  2. Prepare your item: The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged) with all tags and accessories. It will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
  3. Send your item to:

    Important:
  • Returned items must be in perfect condition and unused.
  • “Made to Order” or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have 15 business days from receipt to request a return. Items must be in perfect condition with all original labels intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error by Alba LAZARÍ (wrong product, quality issue, or non-conforming item), contact sales@albalazari.com within 24–48 hours of receipt. In such cases, the full product price, including original shipping, will be refunded.

After contacting us to process your return, you will receive an email with all necessary documentation:

  • Your pre-prepared return shipping label.
  • A commercial invoice, required for customs if returning internationally.

Attach these documents to your package. If you have any issues, contact us directly.

Alba LAZARÍ does not accept exchanges for silk scarves and accessories, wool shawls and scarves, or twilly and other small silk or wool items.

To exchange a size for the same product, contact sales@albalazari.com within 15 business days. We will provide a return label (customer’s responsibility) and create a new order with the desired size if available.

To exchange for a different product, first return the original item, then place a new order online.

Steps for an exchange:

  1. Request the exchange: Email sales@albalazari.com within 15 business days of receipt, stating the reason.
  2. Prepare the item: Must be in original condition with tags and accessories. Inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

Important:

  • Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition.

“Made to Order” items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 Yes, you can return items from different orders in a single package. Include the order numbers or a copy of the invoice for each item to ensure proper processing

Once received and inspected, we will email confirmation. This email will include a tracking link or reference number to follow your refund or exchange. Check your inbox, including spam/junk folders. Contact us if you do not receive it.

Once we receive and verify your return, the refund will be processed promptly. Under EU consumer law, the full amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
