Patternmaking Guide: The measurements indicated in the charts correspond to the total circumference of the garment or its structural silhouette, ensuring precise tailoring.
Silhouettes & Architecture: The tailoring is cut to adapt subtly to the natural anatomy. In silk and elastane pieces, the structure offers effortless freedom of movement alongside an immaculate recovery to its original form.
Size Selection: Should you fall between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size to best preserve the fluidity of the noble fabric and the intended drape of the design.
MEASUREMENT PROTOCOL · WOMEN'S COLLECTIONS
To ensure fidelity to the original design, measurements should be taken over foundation undergarments, keeping the measuring tape level and without tension.
1. Bust: Place the tape around the fullest part of the chest, maintaining a level horizontal line across the back.
2. Waist: Measure around the natural waistline at its narrowest point, allowing the tape to rest comfortably.
3. Hips: Pass the tape around the most prominent contour of the hips and seat.
4. Shoulder Width: Measure straight across the back between the prominent outer edges of both shoulders.
