How to measure yourself
- Chest circumference: Starting from the back, wrap the measuring tape around the largest part of your chest. Make sure to keep a straight horizontal line.
- Waist circumference: Starting from the back, wrap the measuring tape around your waist, running it over your belly button.
- Hip circumference: Starting from the back, wrap the measuring tape around the largest part of your hips.
- Back width: Running the measuring tape on your back, place the tip on the extremity of one shoulder and then stretch it to the other shoulder.

How to measure yourself
- Collar circumference: Stand relaxed and wrap the tape around the base of your neck, just below your Adam's apple. Ensure you can comfortably slip one or two fingers between the tape and your neck for a proper fit.
- Chest circumference: Starting from your back, wrap the tape around the largest part of your chest. Keep the tape in a straight horizontal line.
- Waist circumference: Starting from the back, wrap the measuring tape around your waist, running it over your belly button.
- Front length: Start measuring from your shoulder's highest point, where it meets your neck or collar seam. Let the tape fall straight down your front, over your chest, to your desired shirt hem.
- Sleeve length: Start the tape at the centre back of your neck. Guide it across your shoulder and down your slightly bent arm. Measure to your wrist bone or thumb knuckle for ideal cuff placement.
