These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Alba LAZARÍ website, owned by María Alba Rodal Fernández, with NIF 78736774T, and registered office at Calle Fuente Ferreira, 10 – 36940 Cangas, Pontevedra, Spain.

1. INTRODUCTION
At Alba LAZARÍ, we offer you the convenience of purchasing our products directly from your devices through our website.
By using our website, you automatically accept these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as any legal updates or additional texts Alba LAZARÍ may add in the future.

2. YOUR PURCHASES AT ALBA LAZARÍ
How purchase terms work on our website:
• Your relationship with us: These terms establish the basis of your relationship as a Customer with Alba LAZARÍ for all purchases made on our website.
• Acceptance of conditions: By purchasing any product on our website, you automatically accept these general purchase conditions.
• Order confirmation: To complete your order, click the payment button. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and accept all purchase conditions, always visible at the bottom of our website before completing your order.
• Becoming a customer: Once you accept these conditions, you officially become a Customer of Alba LAZARÍ, with the rights and responsibilities described herein.

You can make your purchase with us in Spanish or English.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
On our website, you will find a selection of garments and textile accessories that meet the same design, quality, and warranty standards as those offered in our physical showroom.
Alba LAZARÍ owns all intellectual property rights to the products displayed on our website.
Each product includes the following details:
• Item name
• Images
• Description
• Available sizes and colours
• Composition
• Care instructions
• Sale price in euros (€)
• Country of manufacture (fabric, printing, and craftsmanship)
We strive to show product colours as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see on your device may vary due to screen type and settings. These natural variations in colour and texture of some materials are inherent and not considered defects.
5. PURCHASE PROCESS
a. Select Your Items: Choose the products you are interested in and add them to your shopping cart.
b. Shopping Cart: The cart displays the item name, reference, size, colour, and price (€) including VAT. Shipping costs are calculated later and depend on the destination, carrier, and delivery method.
c. Personal Data: We need your personal data to process your order. These data are stored in our database and handled according to our Privacy Policy. Without this information, your purchase cannot be completed.
d. Review and Confirm Order: Before finalizing, a complete summary of your order is shown. Verify items, total price (including shipping and VAT breakdown), and shipping info. Click "place order/pay" to confirm.
e. Order Confirmation Received: You will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order with a detailed description. If not received, contact us immediately.
f. Acceptance of Order and Shipping: Receipt of the order does not mean Alba LAZARÍ has definitively accepted it. All orders are subject to acceptance. The order is considered accepted when you receive an email confirming shipment. The contract is only formalized upon this shipping confirmation.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Orders are subject to product availability. Out-of-stock items will be refunded using the original payment method.
7. RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER
Alba LAZARÍ may cancel or refuse an order due to:
• Website errors (pricing or product description)
• Lack of stock
• Fraud suspicion
• Delivery issues
• Force majeure
Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.
8. PRICES AND PAYMENT
8.1 PRICES
Prices are in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT. Prices may vary based on residence, buyer type, or taxes outside the EU. Alba LAZARÍ reserves the right to update prices without notice.

• PayPal, including Pay in 3 instalments
9. SHIPPING POLICY
At Alba LAZARÍ, we work with recognized national and international transport companies to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. The delivery time for your order will depend on product availability and the shipping zone or country. Before you confirm your purchase, we will inform you of the approximate transport times.
Please be aware that these times may be affected by extraordinary incidents from the transport company or by delivery difficulties.
If you do not receive your order within the maximum legal period of 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us at sales@albalazari.com.
9. 1. DELIVERY TIMES
After payment has been confirmed, Alba LAZARÍ processes orders from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET).
- Orders received outside of these hours are prepared on the next business day.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- All orders are shipped from Spain.
The delivery time depends on your region or destination country:
• Domestic Shipments (Spain): 1 to 2 business days for deliveries within the mainland. For shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please refer to the "Shipping and Returns" section under "Help."
• Shipments within the European Union (EU): 2 to 10 business days, depending on the country and location. For more details, consult the "Shipping and Returns" section under "Help."
• Shipments to the United Kingdom: 6 to 7 business days, depending on the destination location.

9. 2. DELIVERY COSTS
We select the best available delivery option for your location to ensure your order arrives as conveniently as possible. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We work with nationally and internationally recognized transport companies to guarantee that your order arrives in perfect condition.
10. RETURNS POLICY
At Alba LAZARÍ, we do not accept returns on silk scarves and accessories, wool shawls and scarves, or twilly and other small silk or wool formats.
If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, please follow these steps:
1. Request Your Return: Send an email to sales@albalazari.com within a maximum of 15 business days from the date you received your product. Please state the reason for the return.
2. Prepare the Item for Return: For us to accept your return, the item must meet the following conditions: It must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. This includes all accompanying accessories. It must have its original tags. Do not use the garments or accessories you intend to return. Please note that items made "On Request" or "Made to Measure" according to your specifications cannot be exchanged or returned. We will inspect all garments and items upon receipt. Alba LAZARÍ will not accept returns for used or damaged items unless there is a quality or manufacturing defect.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the following address: Alba LAZARÍ, Rúa do Hío, 13 Bajo, 36940 – Cangas, Pontevedra, Spain.
Important: The item is your responsibility until we receive it at our warehouse. We recommend sending it via courier or certified mail and keeping the shipping receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Alba LAZARÍ will not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) charges.
4. Refund: Once we receive the item, inspect it, and accept it in our workshop, we will refund the amount paid. The refund will cover the value of the item, excluding the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs. In accordance with European consumer regulations, the full refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
10.1 EXCEPTION TO RETURNS
At Alba LAZARÍ, we do not accept returns on designs that have been made "On Request" or crafted according to your specific measurements and specifications.
This policy is based on section 103 c) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, which clearly establishes exceptions to the right of withdrawal for the "supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized."
10.2 RETURNS FOR INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If Alba LAZARÍ has made an error and you receive a product different from the one you ordered, if the quality of the item is not adequate, or if the product does not conform to what was stipulated in the contract, please send us an email at sales@albalazari.com
within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
In these cases, we will refund the total amount of the returned product, including the shipping costs.
11. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS A CUSTOMER
To ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for everyone, we ask you to keep these points in mind:
• Use services legally and respect third-party rights.
• Provide accurate information.
• Non-compliance may result in order refusal or non-delivery.
