Shipping policy



At Alba LAZARÍ, we offer various options for your order to reach you wherever is most convenient. You can choose to have it delivered to a specific address, such as your home or office, as long as it is within the countries we ship to.

The best available delivery option for your location is selected to ensure your order arrives in the most convenient way possible. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We work with well-known national and international transport companies to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

The delivery time for your order will depend on product availability and the shipping zone or country. Before you confirm your purchase, we will inform you of the estimated shipping times. Please note that these timelines may be affected by extraordinary incidents with the transport company or delivery difficulties.

If you do not receive your order within the maximum legal period of 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us at sales@albalazari.com.

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

It is important to consider that the maximum period of 30 days does not apply to products made "On Demand" or for items available for "Pre-order." In these cases, the delivery dates are different:

  • "On Demand" Products: We will individually agree on the delivery date with you.
  • "Pre-order" Products: Availability and delivery dates for these items will be announced directly in the description of each product on our website.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Once your payment is confirmed, we process orders at Alba LAZARÍ from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET).

Orders received outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

All orders are shipped from Spain.

The delivery time will depend on your region or destination country:

  • Domestic Shipments (Spain): 1 to 2 business days for deliveries in mainland Spain. For shipments to the Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please refer to the "Shipping and Returns" section under "Help."
  • Shipments within the European Union (EU): 2 to 10 business days depending on the country and city of destination. For more information, please see the "Shipping and Returns" section under "Help."
  • Shipments to the United Kingdom: 6 to 7 business days, depending on the city of destination.

You can track the status of your shipment at any time using the tracking number we will provide via email.

SHIPPING COSTS

Spain

  • Peninsular Spain - Shipping Cost: €6.00 (1-2 business days)
  • Canary Islands - Shipping Cost: €20.00 (Standard 5-10 business days) + Additional payment of customs duties/import fees by the customer upon receiving the package.
  • Balearic Islands - Shipping Cost: €15.00 (Standard 3-6 business days)
  • Ceuta and Melilla - Shipping Cost: €20.00 (Standard 4-8 business days) + Additional payment of customs duties/import fees by the customer upon receiving the package.

European Union Countries (EU)

  • France, Peninsular Portugal - Shipping Cost: €15.00 / Delivery in 2 business days.
  • Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden - Shipping Cost: €20.00 / Delivery between 5-10 business days.
  • Finland, Peninsular Greece, Hungary - Shipping Cost: €25.00 / Delivery between 2-9 business days.

Non-European Union Countries

  • United Kingdom - Shipping Cost: €20.00 / Delivery between 6-7 business days + Additional payment of customs duties/import fees by the customer upon receiving the package.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES (CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES)

For our customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the United Kingdom, it's essential to be aware that deliveries may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes. These charges are set by the laws of each destination and are generally calculated based on the total value of the order.

The responsibility for paying these associated fees and taxes falls directly on you, the customer. At Alba LAZARÍ, we are not responsible for any delivery delays that may arise from customs processes or payment procedures.

If any fees or taxes are applied, our shipping partner will contact you directly via email and provide a link to manage the payment.

 

COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE

When you make a purchase with us, we need your information to:

  • Process your online order.
  • Send you important communications about your shopping cart and your orders.
  • Manage and issue your purchase invoice.

 It is crucial that you provide us with the necessary information for these purposes. If we don't have it, we won't be able to complete your purchase.


RETURNS POLICY

At Alba LAZARÍ, we do not accept returns on silk scarves and accessories, wool shawls and scarves, or twilly and other small silk or wool formats.

If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, please follow these steps:

  1. REQUEST RETURN 

Send an email to sales@albalazari.com within a maximum of 15 business days from the date you received your product. Please state the reason for the return.

  1. PREPARE THE ITEM

For us to accept your return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. This also includes all accompanying accessories.
  • It must have its original tags attached.
  • Do not wear or use the garments or accessories you intend to return.

Please note that items made "On Request" or "Custom-made" based on your specifications cannot be exchanged or returned.

We will inspect all garments and items upon receipt. Alba LAZARÍ will not accept returns of used or damaged garments unless they have a quality or manufacturing defect.

  1. SEND THE ITEM

Send the item to the following address: Alba LAZARÍ, Rúa do Hío, 13 Bajo 36940 – Cangas, Pontevedra (España).

Important:

  • The item is your responsibility until we receive it at our warehouse.
  • We recommend sending it via courier or certified mail and keeping the shipping receipt.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Alba LAZARÍ will not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
  1. REFUND

Once we receive the item, inspect it, and accept it at our workshop, we will refund the amount you paid. The refund will cover the value of the item, excluding the original and return shipping costs.

In accordance with European consumer regulations, the full refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS

At Alba LAZARÍ, we do not accept returns on designs that have been made "On Request" or created according to your specifications and measurements.

This policy is based on Article 103 (c) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, which clearly establishes the exceptions to the right of withdrawal for the "supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If Alba LAZARÍ has made a mistake and you receive a different product from the one you ordered, if the quality of the item is not adequate, or if the product does not conform to the terms of the contract, please send an email to sales@albalazari.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In these cases, we will refund the total amount of the returned product, including the shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Alba LAZARÍ does not accept exchanges for silk scarves and accessories, wool shawls and scarves, or twilly and other small silk or wool items.

To exchange a size for the same product, contact sales@albalazari.com within 15 business days. We will provide a return label (customer’s responsibility) and create a new order with the desired size if available.

To exchange for a different product, first return the original item, then place a new order online.

STEPS FOR AN EXCHANGE:

  • Request the exchange: Email sales@albalazari.com within 15 business days of receipt, stating the reason.
  • Prepare the item: Must be in original condition with tags and accessories. Inspected upon arrival at our atelier.
  • Send your item to: Alba LAZARÍ, Rúa do Hío, 13 Bjo – 36940 Cangas, Pontevedra, Spain.

IMPORTANT:

  • Returned items must be in a perfect condition and unused.
  • “Made to Order” or “Custom Items” cannot be returned or exchanged.
